New Alegent Creighton building will combine two northwest Omaha clinics
Alegent Creighton Clinic is building a large medical office building at about 161st Street and West Maple Road.
The clinic, which is expected to be completed about a year from now, will contain 51 exam rooms and include family physicians, pediatricians, behavioral health specialists and other doctors and mid-level providers. It will accommodate up to 18 providers. Urgent care, physical therapy, a pharmacy and other amenities will be included.
Jodi Hoatson, a spokeswoman for Alegent Creighton Health, said the clinic will be part of the American Interstate Plaza development.
Alegent Creighton Clinic has more than 100 locations in Nebraska and southwest Iowa. This one will enable Alegent Creighton to consolidate two other clinics into the new site. One is at 14450 Eagle Run Drive and the other is at 13110 Birch Drive.
Alegent Creighton acquired the property, which has been green space, for about $2.1 million. Alegent Creighton’s new construction will contain about 37,000 square feet of space.
