Lockwood Development purchased the 9140 Building in the Summer of 2018. Formally known as 'Financial Plaza', the building was in need of many interior and exterior renovations once purchased. These renovations were critical to revitalizing the 85,000 square-foot building. The 85,000 square-foot building is located in an prominent office corridor, just East of Westroads Mall.

The 9140 Building is a four-story building with a mix of long-standing tenants. The building is currently 90% occupied. It is professionally leased and managed by Lockwood Development.
