Lockwood Development partnered with Black Hills Energy to develop a single-story corporate headquarters located in Papillion, Nebraska.
During the development process, Black Hills was committed to designing a structure with energy-efficient and sustainable components.
This energy corporation employs approximately 130 employees and has adequate parking ratios for employees and clients.

In July of 2020, Black Hills Energy's building was purchased by Sarpy County. Their development plans will conclude in 2022.
