Legacy Village is a neighborhood shopping center located in a well established retail corridor in West Omaha. Tenants to the property include: Spin Pizza, Little Waves Swim School, Copacabana, Essential Family Medicine, Natural Grocers and Scooters Coffee. Chick-Fil-A and Enchanted Honeymoons also occupy the development. Legacy Village has excellent exposure to West Center Road, large monument signage, a great parking ratio and an excellent tenant mix.

In 2018, Lockwood Development sold entire retail center. However, Lockwood Development's property management team continues to maintain and oversee the property.
