Lockwood Development partnered with Lindsay Corporation, an irrigation & industrial technology company, to build their headquarters in 2009. The single-tenant building is located off 108th & Blondo in the 110 Blondo Business Park.

The 36,000 square-foot office building features underground heated parking, an on-site fitness facility for employees, third-floor balconies overlooking scenic views, and a lower-level auditorium with state-of-the-art audiovisual and communication equipment.

Lindsay Corporation's building was sold to the Archdiocese of Omaha in 2019. Lockwood Development's property management team continues to professionally manage and oversee the building.
