Lockwood Development partnered with Northstar Financial Services, now Orion Advisor Solutions, to build their second office building directly west of their first office building in 2016. The second office was a necessity as the need for more employee space was in demand. Northstar Financial Service Building II was a bit smaller in size but kept the same cohesive look and feel, as well as, many similar amenities. Together, both buildings house approximately 250 employees.
