Sterling Ridge Development features approximately 30,000-square feet of small shop retail space, with direct visibility from Pacific Street. The retail is comprised of two buildings, both with restaurants with patios spaces that face one another with well-maintained landscaping and a sculpture component. Sterling Ridge - Retail is located within walking distance to Pacific Street, its surrounding neighborhoods and connects to the walking trails within the development.

Sterling Ridge Retail has proposed a third building, of approximately 10,000, situated just North of the current shops. This building would contain space for a restaurant with outdoor seating and potentially a drive-thru capability.
