Lockwood Development partnered with Centris Federal Credit Union in developing a new corporate headquarters for the company, which broke ground in 2019. This 115,000-square foot office building is one of Sterling Ridge Development's newest office developments, with an expected completion date of Spring 2021.

Centris Federal Credit Union's building features include: underground parking, first & fourth floor outdoor patio spaces for employee use, large space on the first floor to accommodate for community events, fourth-floor rooftop patio and first floor bank branch with drive-thru lanes. The building has scenic views that overlook the Tri-Faith Initiative Campus, as well as, access to the development's walking trails.
